ਕੋਵੀਡ -19 ਦੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ, ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵੀਜ਼ਾ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਸੈਂਟਰ (ਵੀ.ਏ.ਸੀ.) ਬੰਦ ਸਨ ਉਹ 21 ਜੂਨ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਆਰੰਭ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ l

ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਜਾਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ 17 ਜੂਨ 2021 ਦੀ ਅੱਧੀ ਰਾਤ ਤੋਂ, ਬਾਇਓਮੀਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਇੰਸਟ੍ਰਕਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਟਰ (ਬੀਆਈਐਲ) ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵੀਏਸੀ ਵੈੱਬਫਾਰਮ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਬਾਇਓਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਬੂਕਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਣਗੇ , ਉਹ ਇਸ ਲਿੰਕ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਵੈੱਬਫਾਰਮ ਭਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ https://visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/can/covid-19-updates

Effective midnight 17th June 2021, students with a Biometric Instruction letter (BIL) will be able to request a biometric appointment using the VAC webform. To request an appointment, please submit a webform at

** Returning Students will need to book an appointment using their current study permit application number listed on the new permit document & upload the new permit document instead of the BILs.

• Effective Monday 21st June 2021, the Opening Hours of the VACs in India will be as follows, until further notice:

Business Hours: Monday to Friday (five working days): 09:00 hrs – 16:00 hrs

Please note, you must bring your Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL) to your biometric appointment along with your valid permit document to the VAC to confirm that you are a Student or a returning student.
