Hero Cycles hand holds UCPMA” for upgrading technology of MSME Units for High end bicycle parts Mfg in Ludhiana- Pankaj Munjal.

A meeting was held at Hero Cycles Ludhiana with the office bearers of UCPMA.

Ludhiana , July 1 –  Mr. Pankaj Munjal stressed upon to improve the technology in
Manufacturing bicycle & bicycles Parts, He further emphasized to team
UCPMA to improve the processes & called for technology improvements.

                                          Mr. Pankaj Munjal (CMD) Hero Cycles Ltd discussed with S. Gurcharan
Singh Gemco, S. Manjinder Singh Sachdeva, Mr. Acchruram Gupta, S.
Rajinder Singh Sarholi , Satnam Singh Makkar, & S. Harsimerjit Singh
Lucky. For development of high end bicycle Parts, such as bush less
chain, Aluminium Alloy Frame, Forks etc & stressed upon to
manufacture good quality products so that we can stop buying from
China. He mentioned that he is son of Punjab & it is his responsibility to
upgrade the bicycle industry of Punjab.

                                           Mr. Manjinder Singh Sachdeva ( General Secretary UCPMA) discussed
with Mr. Pankaj Munjal to upgrade 5 MSME units for Maufacturing
highend bicycle parts, which will be set as model units & these units will
help other MSME Units to Join in to develop more good quality high end
bicycle parts.

                                           Mr. S.K Rai – Co- Chairman hero cycles said that we all must plan for
development of high-end bicycle Parts as the demand of high end bicycle
parts in increasing day by day.
Mr. Abhishek Munjal Director Hero Cycles Ltd. said that he will himself
be involved to upgrade 5 MSME units in Ludhiana.
