ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਪਾਵਰ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਿਮਟਡ ਨੇ  ਕੈਟਾਗਿਰੀ 4, ਦੇ ਸਨਅਤੀ ਖਪਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਪੀਕਲੋਡ ਆਵਰਜ਼ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਲੋਡ ਦਾ 30 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਲੋਡ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਇਜ਼ਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ, ਇੱਹ ਛੋਟ 8 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਹੈ, ਵਧੇਰੇ ਵੇਰਵਾ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਰਕੂਲਰ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਪੜਿਆ ਜਾਂ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ |

 ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਪਾਵਰ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਿਮਟਡ (ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ.) ਦੇ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਸਦਕਾ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੰਗ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਅੱਜ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ  ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।

ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ. ਦੇ ਚੀਫ ਮੈਨੇਜਿੰਗ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ (ਸੀ.ਐਮ.ਡੀ.) ਏ.ਵੇਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਰੈਗੂਲੇਸ਼ਨ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਚੱਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ( ਕੈਟਾਗਿਰੀ – 4 ਵਾਲੇ ) ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੀਕਲੋਡ ਆਵਰਜ਼ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਤੋਂ 30 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਟੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ. ਦੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਵਿਚ ਨੁਕਸ ਪੈਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਤਸੱਲੀਬਖਸ਼ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨੁਕਸ ਠੀਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਆਮ ਵਾਂਗ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੁਰਜ਼ੋਰ ਯਤਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਨ।

ਉਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ, ਚੌਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੈਲਰ , ਦੂਰਸੰਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲ ਸੈਂਟਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਇਕਾਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਾਂ ਪਾਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਛੋਟ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਉਦਯੋਗ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਮੁੜ ਪੂਰੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਰਜਸ਼ੀਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਿਚ ਪੂਰਨ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਸੀ.ਐਮ.ਡੀ. ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਸਾਰੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ  ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਬਿਜਾਈ ਪੂਰੇ ਜ਼ੋਰਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 8 ਘੰਟੇ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਵੀ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਨਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਲਈ ਮੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਸਮੀਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਸੰਤੁਲਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਾਰੇ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

DESPITE PEAK POWER DEMAND LEVELS LUDHIANA INDUSTRY OPERATIONAL FROM TODAY; CONTINUOUS PROCESS INDUSTRY  ALLOWED TO WORK AT 30% CAPACITY FROM MONDAY: A VENU PRASAD

UNITS DEALING IN ESSENTIAL SERVICES INCLUDING RICE SHELLERS,  TELECOM AND CALL CENTRES EXEMPTED AND ALLOWED TO OPERATE FULLY

CHANDIGARH, JULY 4: Amidst sustained peak power demand levels, due to continuous efforts of the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) Ludhiana industry has started operations from afternoon today.

Ludhiana industry regulation is over and the Continous Process Industry in the state except those dealing in essential services will be allowed to operate at 30 percent capacity from Monday, the Chief Managing Director (CMD) PSPCL A Venu Prasad said here today. The electricity supply is satisfactory despite fault at second unit of TSPCL which is being rectified, he further said adding that all-out efforts are on to bring the overall power supply to normalcy at the earliest.

Units dealing in esenetial services including poultry, rice shellers, telecom and call centres have been exempted from these restrictions and are allowed to operate fully, he added.

Assuring the Industry sector of fullest support in regaining full working potential soon, the CMD said department is fully committed to ensure uninterrupted quality supply to all sectors. With paddy sowing season on full swing, the department is also ensuring uninterrupted 8-hour supply to farmers across the state, the CMD pointed out.

All efforts are being made to balance the demand and supply equation at the earliest to avoid any hardship to any citizen, he added.
