There has been news of an encounter between gangsters and police  near village Sahebana on Chandigarh Road in Ludhiana . A few days ago, some people had opened fire at the house of gangster Puneet Bains . The police were searching for the attackers in the same case. The gangster was coming on an Activa with no number. As soon as the police team surrounded the criminal, he opened fire on the police team.

The police personnel also opened fire in self-defense. The injured gangster has been identified as a member of the infamous Landa gang.

The criminal was injured in the shootout with the police. An illegal weapon and several live cartridges have been recovered from the accused. The accused had fired at the house of gangster Puneet Bains in the area of ​​Police Station Division No. 2. In that incident, the police had registered FIR 45 on April 20. The accused Akshay, the accused named in this case, was arrested by the police on 29.04.2025. Police Commissioner Swapan Sharma will soon give information to the media in this matter.
