Four people who came from Abohar in a luxury car were arrested with two kilos of heroin.

The Tarn Taran district police have claimed to have arrested four people from Abohar who were travelling in a luxury car after recovering two kilos of heroin. The police have registered a case under the NDPS Act against the four accused arrested from Sarhali area at Sarhali police station and have started further investigation. Giving information in this regard, SP Investigation Ajayraj Singh said that a campaign against drugs has been launched under the leadership of SSP Abhimanyu Rana.

Under which, the police party deployed by the head of the Sarhal police station, Sub Inspector Amrik Singh, stopped a Maruti Ciaz car number DL4 CAH 9797, in which four youths were travelling, during the blockade. The said car was stopped on suspicion, when the said people tried to escape. But the police surrounded them and caught them.
