ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਮੈਨੀਟੋਬਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਗਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵੱਡੇ ਬਹੁਮਤ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਈ ਜੇਤੂ
ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਿਊਰੋਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੇ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਗਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨਿਊ ਡੈਮੋਕ੍ਰੇਟਿਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ (NDP) ਨੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਮੈਨੀਟੋਬਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ । ਸ੍ਰ. ਜਗਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀਆਂ 57 ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 34 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਜਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਦਿਲਜੀਤ ਬਰਾੜ ਬੜੋਜ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟ ਤੋਂ ਜੇਤੂ ਰਹੇ, ਉਥੇ ਮਿੰਟੂ ਸੰਧੂ (ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਪਾਲ) ਅਤੇ ਜਸਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇਵਗਨ ਕ੍ਰਮਵਾਰ ਦ ਮੈਪਲਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਕ ਫਿਲਿਪਸ ਤੋਂ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ।
