Four day Mach Auto Expo 2022 concludes with business enquiries – Deputy Commissioner Varinder Kumar Sharma visits Expo on Day 4

Deputy Commissioner Varinder Kumar Sharma also visited the expo and he saw the variety of machinery put by the exhibitors. Sharma appreciated the efforts of the organisers and said that such exhibitions will give a boost to Punjab industrial sector. He said that he was impressed to see companies from different states of the country participating in this expo and many of them are already exporting their products. This reflects the success of the Make in India campaign.

Ludhiana, March 14: The four day exhibition on machine tools and automation technology, Mach Auto Expo 2022 concluded on Monday on a highly satisfactory note as the exhibitors generated business enquiries of over Rs 2000 crores.
There were exhibitors from across the country displaying over 10,000 products and services and 850+ live machinery during this four day expo which recorded the footfall of over 10000 visitors.
With a variety of stalls from Laser cutting machines to CNC machines to machinery tools, safety products and several other industrial products, this expo was a center for the industrialists, budding entrepreneurs and students to witness, learn and adopt the latest technologies.
On Monday, Deputy Commissioner Varinder Kumar Sharma also visited the expo and he saw the variety of machinery put by the exhibitors. Sharma appreciated the efforts of the organisers and said that such exhibitions will give a boost to Punjab industrial sector. The Mach Auto Expo 2022 is being organized by ‘Udan Media and Communications Pvt. Ltd.’ powered by Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU), in association with Association of Ludhiana Machine Tool Industries (ALMTI) and supported by Auto Parts Manufacturers Association (APMA).
GS Dhilllon, organizer said that the expo witnessed an overwhelming response as a large number of visitors took the benefit of this expo. Moreover, the exhibitors have generated business enquiries of more than Rs 2000 crores.
Meanwhile, exhibitors expressed that they were highly satisfied to participate in this expo. Anita Singla from Ludhiana based firm, Singla Gases they were able to generate over 180 enquiries, worth several lakhs in this expo. Singla Gases have exhibited safety products like gloves, shoes, etc and apart from this, they also exhibited welding accessories and industrial gases.
Similarly, exhibitors from Ahmedabad based Swastik Engineers as well as Belt and Bearing House Pvt Ltd also expressed that they had a great experience in this expo and said that they have received wonderful response from Punjab based MSMEs.
