The United Cycle and Parts Manufacturers Association (UCPMA) Executive Committee has officially announced the schedule for the election of office bearers for the upcoming term (2025-27). The election will be held on 29th August 2025 (Friday) as per the following schedule:
Key dates:
• Last date for payment of dues (to be a valid voter): 18-08-2025 (Monday) till 5:00 PM
• Publication of Draft Voter List: 20-08-2025 (Wednesday)
• Objections to the draft list (if any): 21-08-2025 (Thursday) till 5:00 PM
• Final Voter List Publication: 22-08-2025 (Friday)
• Nomination filing starts: 23-08-2025 (Saturday) after 5:00 PM
• Last date for filing nominations: 25-08-2025 (Monday) till 4:00 PM
• Scrutiny of nominations: 26-08-2025 (Tuesday)
• Date for withdrawal of nominations: 27-08-2025 (Wednesday)
• Voting Day: 29-08-2025 (Friday) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Counting of votes: Immediately after voting
Important note:
• Only members who pay their dues by 31-03-2025 will be eligible to vote.
• Voting will be strictly permitted only through ID cards issued by UCPMA or new identity cards authorized by the Presiding Officer or office bearers.
