ਏ ਪੀ ਐਮ ਸੀ 2003 ਦੇ ਐਕਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ – ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਥਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਚ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ |ਅੱਜ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਹੋਈ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਕਤ ਨਿਰਣਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ |
ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਜਾਵੇਡਕਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇਂਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ , ਉਦਯੋਗ , ਸੰਸਥਾ , ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨਿਰਯਾਤਕ ਜਾ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਫਸਲ ਸਿਧਿ ਖਰੀਦ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ , ਉਸ ਖਰੀਦ – ਵੇਚ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈ ਸਕੇਗੀ |
