Amla is considered a mine of virtues. At the same time, experts are advising to consume it to increase immunity during the Corona period. It also works like a panacea in increasing eyesight. Drinking 1 tablespoon of amla juice daily improves eyesight. If you want you can also consume amla jam, pickle, powder and marmalade.

Almonds, fennel and misri are all three things that are very beneficial in improving eyesight. For this grind all the three things in equal quantity. Mix 1 tablespoon of the prepared powder in 1 glass of warm milk and drink it before going to bed.

Desi ghee has medicinal properties along with vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidant properties. According to Ayurveda, many diseases can be avoided by consuming it. Its consumption strengthens the digestive system and the body’s immunity. There it helps in increasing light along with removing eye problems.

Almonds, raisins, figs are the best for keeping eyes healthy. Soak 5-6 almonds in water daily to increase eyesight. Then in the next morning make a paste of it and mix it with water and drink it.

 

Carrots and leafy greens have antioxidant properties along with vitamins A, C, iron and other nutrients. Consuming them helps in increasing eyesight. Only there is protection from the problems associated with it. You can include them in your daily diet as a salad, vegetable or juice.

 

 Also, massage the soles of your feet with mustard oil before going to bed. Walking barefoot on green grass in the morning will benefit.

Do Anulom-Vilom Pranayama daily. Wash with cold water in case of blurred or painful eyes.
