Good news for lakhs of people traveling in Delhi Metro, passengers will get special facility on three busy lines

Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) gates will be increased on the three busy corridors of Delhi Metro, Red, Yellow and Blue Line. Due to this, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has started the tender process to buy new AFC gates.

Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) gates will be extended on three busy corridors of Delhi Metro, Red, Yellow and Blue lines. Due to this, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has started the tender process for purchasing new AFC gates. After the tender allotment, additional AFC gates will be installed at stations on these three corridors in a phased manner in one year. This will increase AFC gates by eight percent. This will relieve the passengers from the rush.
