(ਸਾਈਬਰ ਕਰਾਈਮ, ਐਨ.ਆਰ.ਆਈ.) ਪ੍ਰਵੀਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਸਿਨਹਾ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਅਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਮੰਦਰਾਂ, ਚਰਚਾਂ, ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਸਜਿਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਡਾ.ਕੌਸਤੁਭ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਰਵਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਏ.ਡੀ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਹਨੇਵਾਲ, ਜਮਾਲਪੁਰ, ਸਲੇਮ ਟਾਬਰੀ, ਸੀ.ਐਮ.ਸੀ., ਸਰਾਭਾ ਨਗਰ, ਮਾਡਲ ਟਾਊਨ ਦੇ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਮੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਮੰਦਰ , ਸਮਰਾਲਾ ਚੌਂਕ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ , ਫੀਲਡਗੰਜ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਮਸਜਿਦ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਚਰਚਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਮੁਆਇਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸਿਨਹਾ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਉਪਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਏਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਨੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਅਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪੂਜਾ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ-ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਕੈਮਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਚੌਵੀ ਘੰਟੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਾਇਨਾਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ। ਸਿਨਹਾ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ I

Ludhiana, September 2- In order to thwart any attempt of anti-social elements to disturb hard-earned peace and harmony of Punjab, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) (Cyber Crime, NRI) Praveen Kumar Sinha on Friday reviewed security arrangements at religious places including Temples, Churches, Gurdwaras and Mosques in the district.
Accompanied by Commissioner of Police Dr Kaustubh Sharma, Joint Commissioner of Police Ravcharan Singh Brar, ADGP inspected security aspects of various Churches in Sahnewal, Jamalpur, Salem Tabri, CMC, Sarabha Nagar, Lord Krishna and Shiv Temples in Model Town, Gurdwaras in Samarala Chowk and nearby areas and a Mosque in Fieldganj area. Sinha also met the representatives of management committees of these religious places and held discussions on measures to further strengthen the security apparatus.
ADGP asked them to ensure the presence of some members of the managements in the sanctum sanctorum at all times besides round the clock working of CCTV cameras inside-outer part of the worship places and deployment of security personnel or volunteer. He also apprised that there would be dedicated temple beats in every police station area to step up the vigil of these religious places.
Sinha assured fulsome support from the police to the managements.
