All issues of industrialists regarding focal points will be resolved – MD PSIEC

CICU hold an Interaction with Sh. Sumeet Jarangal, IAS, M.D, PSIEC. Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, CICUhighlighted the issues of Industry like bad condition of roads, sewerage cleaning, Street Light, Garbage dumping etc. He also said the Focal point is in very bad condition and CICU holds various meeting with the Govt. Departments regarding the development of the area, but nothing has been done by the same. The entry of the Focal point should be given and Extra land should also be used for parking the trucks/heavy vehicles.

He also suggested that Govt. should provide special pocket for MSMEs at some special rates in Dhanansu Focal Point, so that promotion of new MSME industries becomes easier.

Sh. Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, CICU emphasized that pending work of road should be start on priority basis and a Sub-division office for Focal Point should be established.

Sh. Sumeet Jarangal, IAS, M.D, PSIEC said that he will take-up all the issues shared by the industrialists and assured to resolve soon.

He added that 10 Crore released yesterday for Roads by Sh. Manpreet Badal, Finance Minister, Govt. of Punja. He also updated that from January 2021 responsibility for approving building plan will be given by PSIEC. 50 acres land can be given to MSMEs in Dhansu Focal point, in which CICU advised to give requirement of size of plots.

From the PSIEC Department Sh. J.S Bhatia, Chief, Sh. Dharminder Bassi, XEN and Sh. Amanpreet Singh, SDO were present.

The Presidents of the various associations were present, some by namely Sh. Rahul Ahuja, CII, Sh. O.P Bassi, Sh. S.C Ralhan, Sh. Phuman Singh, Sh. Ishwar Singh, Sh. J.S Bhogal, Sh. Gautam Malhotra, Sh. R.P Sharma, Rahul Verma, Suresh Kapoor, Harinder Singh and other prominent member of CICU were also present in meeting.
