Punjabi heritage showcased in Abbotsford: Diamond Cultural Festival to be held at Rotary Stadium on May 23

Like every year, this time too, a grand and colorful cultural festival is being organized by the Diamond Cultural Club to promote Punjabi heritage in the city of Abbotsford, Canada. This grand festival will be held on May 23, 2026 at the Rotary Stadium, preparations for which are currently underway and there is a lot of enthusiasm among the local Punjabi community. Recently, during a special meeting of the club members, the official poster of the festival was released and the program plan was finalized. Club spokesperson Soni Sidhu informed that this time the festival will be organized on a bigger scale than before, in which many famous artists from the Punjabi music world will attend and captivate the audience with their songs. Renowned singers like R Net, Sajjan Adeeb, Hardev Mahinangal, Sukhpal Aujla and Gurtej Sidhu will present their performances in the festival, while renowned lyricist and renowned singer Ashok Bansal Mansa will also be a special guest. This festival will not be limited to entertainment only, but will also prove to be a big platform to connect Punjabis living abroad with their original identity by presenting the color of Punjabi culture, customs and traditions on a global scale. Along with this, this event will further strengthen unity, harmony and cultural pride in the community, for which the club has invited the entire Punjabi community along with their families to participate in maximum numbers.
