Delhi to Amritsar bullet train gets green signal, journey will be completed in just 2 hours!

Work is going on on many big projects to make travelling in the country easier and faster. One of these is the bullet train running from Delhi to Amritsar. The government has approved this project and its survey has also started. With the running of this train, the journey from Delhi to Amritsar can be completed in just 2 hours.

For the bullet train project, land of 343 villages in Haryana and Punjab will be acquired. The government is planning to give 5 times more compensation to the affected farmers in exchange for their land. Some farmers are opposing this decision, for which the government will hold talks with them.

This bullet train will run on a high-speed track due to which the distance from Delhi to Amritsar will be covered in just 2 hours. Its maximum speed will be 350 km/h and average speed will be 250 km/h. 750 passengers will be able to travel in it at a time.
