A woman constable who came to celebrate Karva Chauth was raped in Kanpur

A woman constable in Kanpur was coming to her father-in-law’s house to celebrate Karva Chauth when a young man from outside the village forcibly took her to a deserted field and raped her. Meanwhile, the woman protested, due to which one of her teeth broke. When he shouted, the accused took advantage of the darkness and ran away. The police have arrested the accused youth. A woman head constable from Sen Paschimpara area of Kanpur was posted in Ayodhya. She had reached her village in Kanpur from Ayodhya on Saturday to celebrate Karva Chauth, where she had to get off the road and walk to her village. It was night time, he was getting late. Before leaving the village, a young man in plain clothes forced the constable into a deserted field. Meanwhile, the female constable protested. The female constable informed the police. The police reached the spot and arrested the accused Dharmendra.
