A case of fraud has been registered against DSP Gursher Singh Sandhu of Mohali

On the complaint of Sector-91 Mohali resident Baljind Singh against the former DSP of Special Operation Cell Gursher Singh Sandhu during the tenure of Mohali’s former SSP Sandeep Garg for abuse of office under section 13-B of the Prevention of Corruption Act. A case has been registered. DGP Gaurav Yadav told the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Wednesday that the FIR has been registered in the State Crime Cell Phase-5 police station of DSP Gursher Singh Sandhu. The FIR has been submitted to the judge in a sealed envelope. The latest order of Judge Gurbir Singh was not uploaded on the High Court website till the time of writing. Senior advocate Gursharan Kaur Mann, appearing for Baljinder Singh, told the court that DSP Gursher was misusing the signatures of the petitioner, as both were friends for a long time. They had assured that the papers would not be used for any illegal activity but they were used for illegal purposes

DSP Gursher Singh has also been declared guilty by the SIT in the Lawrence Bishnoi interview case, against whom the Punjab government has given the undertaking of action in the High Court within 10 days and told the High Court that the police personnel who have been found guilty in the said case. , they have been withdrawn from public dealing.
