Mach Auto Expo: Platform for industrialists to enhance knowledge regarding latest technologies

The event aimed to make the Indian industry self-reliant in all senses. During the event, the industrialists participating in the expo pledged to make Indian Atam Nirbhar by 2047.

Ludhiana, March 12: To enhance the knowledge of industrialists and budding entrepreneurs about the latest technologies in the market, the Mach Auto Expo is a platform where the companies from across India are exhibiting the upgraded technologies.
The second day of Mach Auto Expo 2022, which is being organised at Ludhiana Exhibition Centre, GT Road, Sahnewal for four days, is receiving a tremendous response. A huge footfall of industrialists and young entrepreneurs was witnessed here on Saturday.
This 11th expo is focusing on sectors including — Machine Tools (Cutting); Machine Tools (Forming); Laser Cutting and Welding; Robotics and Automation; Measuring and Instruments and Testing; Hydraulic and Pneumatics; Industrial Supplier and others.
According to the industrialists, metal based industry use spectrometers to analyze the chemical composition of hard metals and earlier it used to be tough for them to get the accurate composition and moreover the spectrometers with photomultiplier tubes being used in vacuum optics were low economical and less flexible. “Therefore, now with advancement in technology the industrialists are getting better machinery and it is through such exhibitions that the advanced machinery is reaching the industrialists,” they said.
A Mumbai based firm Metal Power was exhibiting their latest technology Metavision-10008X and according to the exhibitor this is the most advanced spectrometer which is designed to meet the highest and most stringent standards of accuracy, precision and reliability.
Meanwhile, the metal cutting machines were among the key attractions. A Tamil Nadu based firm Gedee Weiler Private Limited was exhibiting computerized numerical control machines for cutting metals with accuracy that too with more production and low production cost.
