ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ/ਪਟਿਆਲਾ, 20 ਜੁਲਾਈ – ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨਜ਼ ਜੱਜ -ਕਮ- ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਸ.ੳ.ਐਸ. ਚਿਲਡਰਨ ਹੋਮ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਚਿਲਡਰਨ ਹੋਮ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਐਟ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਵਲ ਜੱਜ (ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਡਿਵੀਜ਼ਨ) ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਮੋਨਿਕਾ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਸੀ.ਜੇ.ਐਮ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਮਲਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਮਿਸ ਪਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਕੋਰ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
ਚਿਲਡਰਨ ਹੋਮਜ਼ ਦੇ ਦੌਰੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨਜ਼ ਜੱਜ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਮਜ਼ ਵਿਖੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਖਾਣੇ, ਪੜਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉੱਥੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸੂਨਿਸਚਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਹੋਮਜ਼ ਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ, ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਆਦਿ ਦਾ ਰੱਖ ਰਖਾਅ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਖਾਣੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਹਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਫ਼ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਵੱਲ ਵੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚਿਲਡਰਨ ਹੋਮ ਦੇ ਦੌਰੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਖਾਣਾ ਪੈਮਾਨੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਉਪਲਬਧਤਾ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵੀ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੜਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਮਨੋਰੰਜਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ। ਜੱਜ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਵਲ ਹੋਮਜ਼ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੜਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਕਮੀ ਨਾ ਰਹੇ।
Sessions Judge Rajinder Aggarwal Conducts Visit at Children Homes of Rajpura and Patiala
Patiala, July 20:
District & Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala,Sh. Rajinder Aggarwal, conducted a visit at SOS Children Home Rajpura and Children Home Patiala. He was accompanied by Ms Monica Sharma, Civil Judge (SD), Sh. Amit Malhan, CJM and Ms Parminder Kaur, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala. Interaction was done with the children regarding their study, food and grievances/problems being faced by them. During these visits complaints/problems of the children were heard and redressed. Number of children residing in above said Homes was alsk checked. Further, it was reviewed that whether proper record/registers are being maintained. It was also seen whether dining/washroom area was maintained properly or not. It was also checked whether proper food/diet/drinking water is being given to the children and whether children are satisfied with quality of food/diet/drinking water. Further children were asked about their study and recreational/vocational activities being conducted for them. Directions were given to take special care of health and education of the children. Incharge of Children Homes were directed to ensure that there should be no laxity in the facilities provided to the children.
