ITI – ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ – ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 9 ਵੀਂ ਤੋਂ 12 ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਕੂਲ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ

 ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਹੁਨਰ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ, ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ (ਆਈ.ਟੀ.ਆਈਜ਼.), ਕੌਮੀ ਹੁਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨਿਗਮ ਜਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਹੁਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਜਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਥੋੜੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਨਰ ਜਾਂ ਉੱਦਮੀ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਦੇਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਿਸਥਾਰਤ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ•, 20 ਸਤੰਬਰ: ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ (ਐਮ.ਐਚ.ਏ.) ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਅਨਲਾਕ 4.0 ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਸ਼ਿਕ ਸੋਧ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ 9ਵੀਂ ਤੋਂ 12ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕੰਟੇਨਮੈਂਟ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵੈ-ਇੱਛਾ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੇਧ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਭਲਾਈ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਵਲੋਂ 8 ਸਤੰਬਰ, 2020 ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ (ਐਸ.ਓ.ਪੀਜ਼) ਮੁਤਾਬਕ 21 ਸਤੰਬਰ, 2020 ਤੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ/ਸਰਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਹੁਨਰ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ, ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ (ਆਈ.ਟੀ.ਆਈਜ਼.), ਕੌਮੀ ਹੁਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨਿਗਮ ਜਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਹੁਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਜਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਥੋੜੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਨਰ ਜਾਂ ਉੱਦਮੀ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਦੇਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਿਸਥਾਰਤ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਇੰਸਟੀਟਿਊਟ ਫਾਰ ਇੰਟਰਪ੍ਰਨਿਉਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਐਂਡ ਸਮਾਲ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਡਿਵੈਲਪਮੈਂਟਜ਼ (ਐਨ.ਆਈ.ਈ.ਐੱਸ.ਬੀ.ਯੂ.ਡੀ.),ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਇੰਸਟੀਟਿਊਟ ਆਫ ਇੰਟਰਪ੍ਰਨਿਉਰਸ਼ਿਪ (ਆਈ.ਆਈ.ਈ) ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ 21 ਸਤੰਬਰ, 2020 ਤੋਂ  ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ  ਲਈ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਐਸ.ਓ.ਪੀ.ਜ਼ ਦੀ ਸਖਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਲਣ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੰਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 29 ਅਗਸਤ, 2020 ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ  ਵਲੋਂ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 9 ਸਤੰਬਰ, 2020  ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਰਫਿਊ ਸਮੇਤ ਵਾਧੂ ਪਾਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਲਾਗੂ ਰਹਿਣਗੀਆਂ।

Chandigarh, September 20: In partial modification of Unlock 4.0 guidelines in compliance with the directives of the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), the Punjab Government on Sunday also allowed the students of class 9 to 12 to visit their schools in areas outside the containment zones only, on voluntary basis for taking guidance from their teachers.

However, this permission would be subject to the written consent of their parents/guardians from September 21, 2020 as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) issued by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on September 8, 2020.

According to an official spokesperson, the State Home Department has issued detailed instructions to also permit Skill or Entrepreneurship Training in National Skill Training Institutes, Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), Short term training centers registered with the National Skill Development Corporation or State Skill Development Missions or other ministries of Government of India or State Governments.

Likewise, the activities of National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Developments (NIESBUD), Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) and their training providers have also been allowed from September 21, 2020 subject to strict adherence of the said SOPs.

The orders of MHA issued on August 29, 2020 and the subsequent guidelines issued by the State Government on September 9, 2020 imposing additional restrictions in urban areas including curfew on Sundays would continue to be in operation, added the spokesperson.
