CICU Utilizing time for motivation and Upgrading the Members

Ludhaia, April 29- (News Punjab)  

To utilize the Lockdown period in an effective manner CICU has taken initiative to conduct series of Webinars to motivate and upgrade the members. Under this series 2 webinar have been organised by CICU.

 A session on Daily Work Management was conducted by Mr. S.B Singh, Joint Secretary, CICU and a Lean Manufacturing Consultant approved by NPC & QCI. He highlighted the importance of role defining exercises and gave inputs on how to define the role, make a system of effective monitoring of activities and developing a Management information system (M.I.S) to improve the working in organisations.
